Our Pastors
Paul and Leighann Milligan started in ministry at a very young age. Paul received his calling to preach the gospel at the age of 15, then at the age of 17 became a youth pastor of Living Waters House of Prayer in Lavonia, Georgia. Paul and Leighann were married in December 2003. They were youth pastors at Harvest Time Fellowship in Toccoa, Georgia. After a couple of years working with the youth at Harvest Time, Leighann and Paul felt the call of God to become young adult ministers at Highpoint Worship Center in Toccoa, Georgia. They served a short time as youth pastors for Union Grove, then youth pastors for Hill Street Church in Toccoa, Georgia. During this time, God called Paul and Leighann to begin the process of becoming senior pastors. They were to become associate pastors under Pastor John Graham at Bethesda Fellowship in Baldwin, Georgia. After being there a short time, Paul and Leighann received the call to Rock Hill Church to be senior pastors. Paul and Leighann have three wonderful children, Little Paul, Madison and Cole.
